Supporting leaders and teams to grow with purpose and care.

Coaching

I offer individualized and group coaching that helps leaders grow clarity, confidence, and wise, compassionate leadership skills. Through structured conversation, reflective practice, and real-world application, clients build the capacity to lead through uncertainty, strengthen team culture, and make decisions grounded in purpose and people.

Workshops

I design and facilitate workshops that blend research, practical tools, and engaging learning experiences. Topics include cognitive load in healthcare, person-centred competency, wise compassionate leadership, and other tailored sessions to support leaders, clinicians, and teams in building capability and resilience.

Strategy Support

I provide practical, evidence-informed guidance to help organizations navigate complexity and plan for the future with confidence. From strategic planning and priority setting to organizational change and capability development, I support leadership teams to clarify direction, strengthen alignment, and move from vision to action.

Public Speaking

I deliver keynote presentations and conference talks that spark insight, challenge assumptions, and inspire action. My speaking engagements focus on leadership, compassionate care, cognitive load, and culture change, offering audiences both inspiration and actionable strategies they can take back to their organizations.

Consulting

I partner with senior leaders, executives, teams and boards navigating the complexity and constraints of today’s health and social care expectations. Grounded in practical wisdom, my consulting helps you discern what matters most when decisions are morally weighted and systemically entangled.

Whether supporting strategic planning, system transformation, leadership coherence, or critical transitions, I focus on moments where judgment matters more than certainty. The result is not a report on a shelf, but leaders who think clearly, decide wisely, and lead with confidence and compassion.

Speaking

I am a sought-after speaker for executive, clinical, and governance audiences who seek depth over slogans. I weave neuroscience, ethics, and lived system experience into compelling narratives that challenge leaders to rethink their influence and the unseen forces shaping their decisions.

My talks explore practical wisdom, wise compassion vs. reflexive kindness, cognitive load in complex systems, and leading without easy answers. Audiences describe my style as calm, challenging, and grounding, providing immediate language and insight to frame real-world dilemmas the moment they return to work.

Training

I design training that turns insight into capacity. Moving past superficial tools, my programs deepen judgment through an executive coaching approach focused on neuroplasticity, sense-making, and decision-making under pressure.

These participative sessions integrate reflection and application to ensure learning translates directly to your day-to-day practice. Available as a stand-alone workshop or series, or integrated pathways.

Spotlight Training: The Compassion Advantage, a dedicated workshop series on wise compassionate leadership; The Palliative Approach to Care: transforming care through action; Grief or Stress: Does it matter?

The Compassion Advantage ©

Most leaders treat compassion as a soft skill. The Compassion Advantage proves it is a strategic imperative. This program teaches the difference between reflexive kindness and wise compassion, a disciplined approach that balances empathy with boundaries and wisdom.

Discover how self-compassion reduces cognitive overload and sharpens executive functioning. I’ll help you move from abstract values to embedded, operational practices that drive resilience, accountability, and superior performance in complex systems.

The 4E Framework ©

Lesley developed the 4E Framework Environment, Education, Exposure, and Experience, because she saw repeatedly that more knowledge didn’t change behaviour or how people feel. Traditional leadership models that focus narrowly on skills or isolated knowledge is not the issue, it’s not what you know, it’s what you do. The 4E Framework uses the four factors to explore what constraints and facilitators exist for developing behaviours, compassion and self-care required to create personal change that sticks. We go beyond empathy, showing leaders how to manage cognitive load, read the emotional climate of their teams, and respond in ways that reduces intrinsic overload, and boosts wellness.

* The 4E Framework is not a program, it is embedded in all of Lesley’s work.
